Imlac is a Scottish singer-songwriter who's travelled all over the streets of Europe playing shows. Always a troubadour, he had never released any music up until 2021 with his Black Fire EP. This was received fantastically, getting radio play on BBC6, amongst others, and a glowing review in R'n'R magazine. His sound echoes the Americana traditions of folk and blues, a hint of soul and gospel in there too, but also the celtic traditions of his roots. Influences include Van Morrison, Muddy Waters and The Band. His band hail from all manner of musical traditions, including rock, indie, funk, and traditional.
