About & Times:
The Karma Effect - 10:00pm - https://youtu.be/gxEWpYBxVh4
Drawing influence from the iconic sound of 70s Rock, channelling bands such as The Rolling Stones and Led Zeppelin, whilst adding a chaser of swagger from artists across the pond such as Aerosmith and The Black Crowes, The Karma Effect seamlessly combine the two resulting in an exciting and fresh sound the world is craving.
Albion - 11:10pm - https://youtu.be/xzreYlr_DF4
www.facebook.com/youandalbion
Albion are a north London band, formed in 2015. The boys are dedicated to high-energy shows, and the creation of art and music based on poetry, lyricism and music. With a unique, semi-nostalgic style that is difficult to box into a specific genre, but has notes and nods to the 60/70 and classic rock and roll bands. The boys always keep listeners guessing with each and every new release.
Jo-Jo & The Teeth - 9:10pm - https://youtu.be/eq4Lrtvct2Y
“Expect a fiercely powerful live show with intricate screeching guitar lines and gutsy raucous, vocals that will blow you away.” (Underground Sound, London UK)
A glamorous Art Rock rebirth forged by the collision of a Canadian powerduo and a fierce Isle of Wight Trio. This transatlantic marriage à-la Fleetwood Mac, blend and bend inspirations from every corner of music. A dark & moody forward driving sound, intimately rooted in good old fashioned guitar rock and roll. Jo-Jo & The Teeth conjure an arena sound and spectacle, woven together with velvety bluesy depths and moments of breezy pop sentiments.
Tenyson - 8:20pm - https://youtu.be/k4D8CLbRcYM
A stripped back three piece playing alternative rock with muscular riffs. Tight, lean & uncompromising. Tenyson are Rob Jupp, guitar and vocals, Rawden Enever, bass and vocals, Scott Clarke, drums and vocals. Tenyson originate from South London and love to perform live, with their own custom handmade guitars and basses. Making their live performances explosive, powerful and energetic. Tenyson are a passionate, driven & organic three piece that promises to offer an array of styles, genres & emotions.
Karobela - 7:30pm - https://youtu.be/vBvtlxdqRRQ
Regulars on Planet Rock’s New Music Show and featured in the last ever edition of Planet Rock Magazine, Karobela weave together an intricate tapestry of gutsy, fuzzy riffs, larger-than-life bass lines, thundering drums, soaring vocals and infectious hooks, all oozing with a sticky-sweet layer of Pop sensibility.
