Motif Garçons is a newly formed indie rock band from London. Created by frontman, Eric Maudhuit, the band is looking to leave their own unique mark on the genre, whilst heralding the traditions of such indie rockers as; the Arctic Monkeys, the Kings of Leon and the Killers. So don’t be surprised if you find yourself hands aloft and singing along to songs you feel you’ve known for years thanks to catchy riffs, memorable hooks, and contagious animation on stage. Following a more than year long hiatus due to COVID, les garçons are now off to the renowned Old Queens Head for their next performance on the 1st July, where they plan to establish themsleves as one of England’s up and coming bands.

Based in and around the West London area, The Julia Set was formed in 2007 by a guitarist and a bass player who wanted to play “proper” rock. Gigs have included The 12 Bar Club, The Alleycat, Fiddlers Elbow and The Water Rats, amongst others.

As well as an EP (“Skyline“) recent releases have been singles such as “Wild Wood” and “Love & Hate“, “Is This Your First Time?“, ”Finding Out” and more.

We would just describe ourselves, as an Indie Rock band seasoned with a hint of retro. We love the big, overlaid guitar sound.

The line-up is Mickey Berry on lead vocals, Simon Goode and Baz Francis on guitars, Tom Smith on the drums and Mike Atkinson on bass & backing vocals.

Will Burton

Will Burton is an independent alt-rock artist based in London, UK.

His energetic music is driven by infectiously catchy melodies and his sweeping range of influences gorgeously blur the line between hard rock and pop, giving him a unique appeal, sound and take on the genre.

Following the success of his debut singles “Paparazzi Machine” and “Cold”, his penultimate single “One Man Show” arrived on all major streaming platforms in March 2022.

Make no mistakes, Burton is making noise and it’s only a matter of time before people can’t help but turn their heads and listen.

“Modern Misery” is expected in Winter 2022.

Aqualine

Aqualine is a 5-piece alternative band based around London consisting of Benski, Patric, Ben, Wol and Jaim. Aqualine’s passion for art allows for them to create a strong image and theme. In their newer music, inspired by the frustration of grunge and punk along with hip hop and dream pop, Aqualine create an atmospheric sound with honest lyrical content giving a youthful perspective on life.

Having done many gigs in venues in London and the South East of England before lockdown such as Dingwalls, the band are excited to perform more and more larger venues and showcase their newer material in a live setting.
