COAST TO COAST returns at the Fiddler’s Elbow to celebrate it's 22nd anniversay with special guests Lou Pino (Grand Parade/ In The City) and Mirko ( In the City )

I'm proud to announce Coast to Coast will be celebrating it's 22nd Anniversay to help save the venue. The night will be on Saturday July 24th @ The Fiddler's Elbow. £5 all-night with guests DJs Lou Pino & Mirko (In the City), all we ask is for everyone to support the venue, have a great time dancing to some top ska, rocksteady, early reggae and beyond, drink lots and have fun!!!

Coast to Coast started in the west end of London in 1999. Then it moved to become a monthly, packed and lively, Saturday night in the now trendy part of town - Old Street, E2. Eventually it became a weekly night, which was indicative of the growing success Coast to Coast had as a club & Cello as a respected DJ. Part West-Indian blues party, part 60s Soul night. DJ Cello’s Coast to Coast was the new scene in town. Whether you were visiting London for the weekend or living and working in the Smoke, Coast to Coast was the main event in Town at this time. An eclectic fusion of Northern Soul, Reggae, Ska, Funk & Boogaloo combine in one of the unique club nights in Europe. Packed out with all types, enjoying rare black music from the 60s in an atmosphere more like your best friend’s birthday party, this really was a truly special event in London Town. But sadly in the summer of 2009, Coast to Coast came to an abrupt end due to problems with the venue. So he decided to move on to Camden's Legendary Fiddlers Elbow and has been there ever since. Coast to Coast is no longer a regular night but watch out for 1 off special events which will take place at the Fiddlers Elbow with live bands and guest DJs

The Fiddler’s Elbow is a music lover’s paradise with a full in-house PA and brilliant sound engineer to provide a quality of sound most would be envy of. The Fiddler’s offers the kind of friendly atmosphere rarely found among the city’s mid-sized music venues. A vast amount of experience and a genuine love for music is portrayed through the welcoming owners, and bar staff which is perfect for DJ Cello’s Coast to Coast. In addition to the main bar area, there’s a small bar away from the main music area that gives people a chance to chat and ‘get away from it all’. This leads to a small outside smoking area. The cheapest drinks in the area also help to make it an attractive night out. The Legendary Fiddlers Elbow is so essential to the area of Camden and to alternative live music, we just can't afford to lose it. So I ask you all to support the venue on June the 5th to help it through these difficult times due to the Pandemic. (Please note; this event date is subject to change due to the pandemic and if June 5th is not possible, the night will be rescheduled)

Our special guest tonight Lou Pino is very well known for his popular radio show Grand Parade. Both Lou Pino & Mirko (Reggae Injection) are known for their popular nights out in Tottenham 'In The City' which had a great following, so expect a packed night! Together with host DJ Cello, the selection of music tonight will be next to none. This promises to be another great evening at Coast to Coast. So make sure you get down for this one, it's going to be hot! Tonight at Coast to Coast expect only the best in Ska, Rocksteady, Reggae and beyond

A night not to be missed!
