Joe McCorriston is a writer and performer based in London, UK. A decorated musician with 14 years in the industry, Joe has built a cult following through relentless touring around the world and honing his precise, delectable sound along the way. In 2025, Joe will release a new album which will include his recent singles 'Signs' and 'Liquid Remedy'. Formed in 2022, Strawgirl offer a blend of 90s grunge and alternative rock, featuring overdriven guitars and ethereal vocals inspired by the likes of PJ Harvey and the bands they grew up listening to. Having spent the last couple of years developing their sound in a south east London rehearsal studio, gigging and recording their first demo the band are now working on new material that they plan to record in 2025. Strawgirl consists of Edie Fairservice (vocals, keys), Sam Burgess (guitar), Chris Lawrence (guitar), Steve Lawrence (bass) and Karina McMahon (drums).
